WHO WE ARE

Established 20 years ago, we specialise in providing expert property maintenance services in London for commercial & private clients

guarantee?

All of our works completed have a warranty of 12 months unless specified otherwise.

quotes?

All our quotes will be sent within 48 hours of visiting. For all Emergency jobs we will supply same day information or quotation depending on project size.

DO we use sub-contractors?

All of our engineers are in house staff, we only use sub-contractors for large project with assisted services such as scaffolding.

Emergency call outs?

If you are already registered with us, we can cover your radius if within M25. If you are looking for an emergency

Where do we cover?

We cover all areas of London within the M25 motorway. Please do contact us if you are unsure if we cover your area.

How do you ensure quality control?

We perform regular quality checks and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards of service.

Can you help with compliance and safety certifications?

Yes, we offer services such as gas safety checks, electrical safety inspections, and fire risk assessments to ensure your property meets legal and safety requirements.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the service provided, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly to meet your expectations.

Refund Policy?

All agreed refunds are payable of within 30 business days of agreement & amount, to the original paying recipient

Do you work with landlords and letting agents?

Yes, we work closely with landlords, letting agents, and property managers to provide tenant-ready maintenance services and compliance checks.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payments. We do not accept AMEX via the phone.

Yes, we’re happy to share references or case studies from satisfied clients to showcase the quality of our work and the results we’ve delivered for similar projects.
