Refurbishment

When it comes to refurbishment and restoration works our specification is always bespoke. Works include start to finish all aspects of the overhaul including close liason with contract administrators, local council departments, agents and asset management companies, cdm co ordinators. As approved recognised cdm contractors and principal contractors belonging to the considerate construction scheme rest assured all will run smoothly. Our in house project manager and site manager/foreman are appointed and introduced during the early stages. However for sensitive sites where required an in house customer liason officer will be appointed.

  • Renovations to sheltered accommodation/temporary accommodation/bedsits to comply with minimum multiple housing regulations
  • Renovations to commercial and retail units within set timescales working during closed hours of retail units
  • Renovations to theatres and public houses
  • Individual restoration or refurbishment for private homes
